Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husbands daughter is 2 years old she has lived with us since she was two weeks old. My husband also works out of state and me and his daughter travel with him. Her mother sees her once a month when we r in town for a few hours. She spends most of her time drinking and playing poker she is about to marry a man who don't like her kids and I can prove all of this. Her four year old son also lives with his dad what are our chances of winning

There is important information you omitted.

What exactly does your husband want? Full custody with limited visitation?

If so, was your husband married to the mother?

If not, has he legitimated the child?

If he has, is there a formal custody order?

If he hasn't legitimated the child or if he has, but he hasn't obtained a formal custody order, he can file a petition for legitimation and/or custody.

If the daughter has been living with the two of you full-time, it is likely this will continue.

If there is a formal custody order, but you want it modified, you have to show a material change.

As Paula said, what are youy trying to win? You've omitted way too many facts to answer. If there is a custody dispute, he needs a lawyer.
