There is no such thing as defax and no cuch thing as "blocking" custody. Do you maybe mean DFCS and that you lost your children to them? For DFCS to take your child, theyu had to allege abuse or neglect. In such cases you will do very badly without a lawyer. If you don't have one, get one.

I agree with Glen and also add the following:

1. In GA you are entitled to an attorney. If you cannot afford one, then one will be appointed to you. I would suggest you start at the juvenile Court that issued the orders regarding your children. You need to ask about getting a court appointed attorney.

2. Additionally, should you not be able to afford an attorney and the Court will not appoint one. Then you need to send a written request to the Court for a review hearing. At that hearing you will need to prove that you have completed all of the items on your case plan. You may need to subpoena witness (providers) in order to prove everything. Go the Clerk's office for more information about subpoena's.

3. I do no suggest you try to do this alone. Do whatever you can to hire or get an attorney appointed.
