My lawyer isn't a help

I hired my lawyer last September to help me with my divorce. It's been 6 months now and I'm still waiting for final papers. I also don't feel like my best interests have been met. He doesn't offer advice and learn my case.

Under the rules of the State Bar,it is not allowed for an attorney to give a potential client legal advice if that person is currently represented by a lawyer. If you terminate that relationship, please feel free to give me a call.
