Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I live in Georgia and my question is this...What chance do I have in gaining custody of my minor child from her mother who had an affair (for which I filed for divorce), got pregnant, was arrested for domestic violence against me, moved the "boyfriend" into the home, (he has a criminal record and a pending felony case)had the child and is suing me for child support all while were still married?

Your chance will be much better with an attorney. Hire one.

There are two sides to every case. We haven't heard hers. So no one here can tell you odds.

What we can tell you is that you chances are near zero if all you do is ask online. Your chances improve if you retain a lawyer.
