Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

A minor has a strict legal curfew of 11:00 p.m. on Thursday nights, and it's illegal for them to be unaccompanied to a midnight premiere of a movie in movie theaters past curfew, but do police officers enforce this? Or does this fall under Sec. 13-108. Juvenile curfew. Subsection f-3: "When the minor is returning directly home from a school activity, ENTERTAINMENT, recreational activity, or dance"?
