Thank you Mr Ashman. I removed it. how can i do protect myself about the loan debt in the case of divorce if any way I buying a home by loan? Should the home be only under name of me or the loan to be under name of both of us?

Best answer: get a divorce first - then buy the home.

Second best - see a lawyer - buy the home solely in your name and the loan solely in your name and have a lawyer draft a post nuptial agreement where he has no claim. The catch to this: you're solely responsible no matter what.
