Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am the non-custodial parent. I will have my children on alternating weeks over the summer. My job requires that I work 24 hour shifts. I will have to acquire child care on the days I have to work. There were no provisions made on the child support worksheet for summer child care expenses. I would like to know if I have any recourse to get my child support adjusted for this expense which will be in the neighborhood of approximately $2400.00?

You didn't say how long ago the order was done, which makes it impossible to answer.

If the conflict between your job and your visitation took place after the visitation order, you may qualify for a Petition to Modifiy visitation. Consult with a local attorney.
