paperwork needed to give up my parental rights

I'm divorced and my ex-wife wants to have her current husband adopt our son. I need to find out what paper work I/we need to fill out so he can do that and so that I nolonger have any rights to him.

This is called a step-parent adoption proceedings. Since there are a lot of paperwork involved with adoption proceedings I suggest that you consult an attorney about it.
