Paternity

I have full custody of a child that is not mine.Can I legally change the custody order?Also can I have my name legally removed from the birth certifcate?Can I sue my exwife for fraud.She made me believe for 9 years this boy was mine. Thanks Blake

You have a very short amount of time to try to undo the paternity or else you are pretty much stuck. The courts are looking out the the best interests of the child and its not in any child's best interest to have no dad even if you're not biologically the one.
