paternity tests

can i have the father subpoena'd to take a paternity test once the twins are born?

Re: paternity tests

You can file a complaint to establish paternity even before the children are born. The case will be stayed until after they are born and you can then ask the court to order genetic testing.

Keep good receipts of all of your expenses incurred before and after the birth of the children, because you may be able to recover a portion of these costs from him.
