Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Power of Attorney

My husband and I live in the state of Georgia at present, but will probably move again as we transfer a lot. My daughter lives in Arizona and we want to make her the power of attorney in case something were to happen to my husband and myself so she would be able to handle all of our finances, and any business we may have including personal properties and monies. Can we do a dual power attorney with both my husbands and my name on it and which form do we use since we are in dual states.

Re: Power of Attorney

There is no such thing as a "joint power of attorney." No form will adequately deal with your question. See a lawyer to actually properly protect your child.
