In the process of a divorce with children, the form was printed out for child support. However, the father refuses to sign it. What is the next step?

Divorce is far more than a few forms, especially with children. You needed a lawyer even if had been uncontested. You now have a contested divorce which will be decided by a judge and/or jury. This is NOT a do it yourself project and you need counsel ASAP. You may miss deadlines and even not get relief you should seek without counsel.
