Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I recently ended bench trial for divorce. The judge says it is not final until last hearing where paper work is due. I was told to pay child support but having an extream hardship and cannot pay at the time, as I have no income. Can I get some kind of extention to pay or can I appeal at this last ruling. The spouse makes more than enough to support until I get on my feet.
