Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my rights

I was in a car accident in 98' was left paralized and some brain damage. I was married my husband committed adultury which ultimitley ended our marraige. i moved back home to pa were we were married. I needed to get a divorce attny. in ga were i resided. the lawyer i got never called me never returned my calles and didnt show for a hearing-claiming he forgot. an appeal was denied. i didn't sign any papers but I dont agree with his terms. I did get to get my belonging back, but, when recieved they were all damaged. Items like furniture, computer etc... Can I sue him for these damages? Can I sue my lawyer for mis representing me?

I wasn't even able to get spousal support even though he committed adultury. What are my rights? I am paralize and in a wheel chair not able to drive. I just want to know my rights? Also, can I get a new lawyer in PA? I have resided her for over a year now since my seperation.
