Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am trying to get a temporary power of attorney delegating parental powers for my daughter. I live in Georgia and the would be attorney in fact lives in South Carolina. In which state does the paperwork need to be issued for/in??? I have tried for days to get an answer for this and have been complettely unsuccessful. Please help.

You haven't found an answer because there is no such thing as delegating parental powers with a power of attorney. Powers of attorney deal with financial matters.

You may need a temporary guardianship or something else. A lawyer would need more details as to what you need, and where you need it also depends on details you did not post.
