Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

visitation

my husband starts visitation with his son this year. His exwife is wanting to limit this time and not go by the divorce papers. What steps do we need to take to ensure we get his son for the time specified in the divorce papers

Re: visitation

About all you can do at this point is send her a letter that your husband will insist on the strict terms of the divorce. Consult with a local attorney.

Re: visitation

You can't argue a case that has not happened. If a problem happens, you hore a lawyer. But you ALWAYS should ignore statements about what is going to happen. Reacting to them tends to escalate problems (and cause needless ulcers). You have no legal problem at this time.
