Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Car financed in my name for someone else - liability?

I have a car financed in my name for someone else. The car is solely in my name, my questions are:

1) If there is an accident whereby the driver allows a non-insured, non-licensed, under age driver to have operated the vehicle, am I as the titled owner liable if other party(s) want to sue?

2) If there is an accident involving either the person or someone she allows to operate the vehicle, and the other party(s) involved want to sue, am I as the titled owner, liable?

3) Is there any legal and binding document that be drawn up between myself and this other person to protect me from liability in the event of an accident?

4) What are the implications regarding liability in the event of an accident, for me, when this person moves to the state of Georgia?

5)If I let the car go back to the finance company, how much damage does that do to me and how long will I be impacted?

Thank you in advance for any and all responses.

What ever possessed you to do such a thing? This just looks like someone begging for a disaster.
