Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia
my daughters mother inlaw has posted e.mails saying lies about her & has told docters that she has and others that she defalted on a house loan . my daughter has never signed any loan papers nor has her husban. the doctor has refused to see my daughter because they say she has comitted fraud on this loan . what can she do to stop this harassment ?
