Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Neighbor Dispute

I planted a row of six leland cypress trees between my lot and my neighbor's lot. They are planted on my property. I discussed it with him before planting them 2 1/2 years ago and he was in favor of it. I even agreed I would take care of all maintenance. Now because he is angry about something else he wants me to see that no limbs are touching or hanging over his property line. What are my legal rights? The trees are well established and cannot be moved without killing them. He does not want me to step on his property so I cannot even trim or mow on his side.

Re: Neighbor Dispute

He can trim the limbs overhanging on his property but that is not your repsonsibility.
