Obtaining an automobile title from an auction as an innocent third party.
I paid a car dealer for an automobile and he has no way to provide me with the title because he is bankrupt. Can I as an innocent third party obtain the title from the auction who he has not paid? If so how? I have a lienholder on my car and they need the title to record the lien.

It would appear that you need to obtain an attorney to represent you in the bankruptcy proceeding.
