Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I would like to settle a civil suit before they go back to court for damages. It is a two party lawsuit. The other party caused more harm than I did. It is a family matter involving undue influence over a relatives will, trust and power of attorney issues. I was ill at the time in hospital and on medications. I would like to offer to settle I do not wish to go to court. I do not have money at this time to hire lawyer but expect settlement in future in divorce case. I also need to settle before divorce case. Is it possible to make offer to settle damages before they file against me and the other party. We were sued together and the jury found undue influence but did not rule on damages this is in georgia

This is now the 3rd or 4th time you have posted the same question on two different sites. The answer has not changed. You already lost a case by not obtaining counsel and it is completely foolish to try and settle after losing without a lawyer. You need a lawyer YESTERDAY, and if you post this question a 5th time you will need one more badly than now. You likely have already lost more money than the cost of a lawyer andf you are about to lose more (and this case has to ALSO be addressed in the divorce settlement). Turn off your computer and sell it if you have to in order to pay legal fees.
