Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

My sister was fired from her job due to covid. On September 7, 2021, she filed for a temporary protective order against herlandlord/employer that was served that day. The following day 09/08/2021 another employee (same employer) filed a claim against my sister stating that she had threatened plaintiff with a knife on August 7, 2021, in complaint it states the sustained injuries greater than $500 and was seeking legal fees and pain and suffering. 1. This is a false accusation. 2. She states that she was scared and in fear of her life, but did not contact police or any other type of authority to make a report on alleged incident. 3. The employer had already paid another employee to break into her home and do unlawful things which was reported to the police by my sister and the employee paid to do so. This is merely an act of retaliation by her employer and not true, what can be done about this. Can this not be dismissed?
