Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I work for Papa johns in midtown atlanta, a store near the ga dome area loss it's franchise, as a result we now deliver to this area which is very high in crime,many drivers have quit or taken leaves of absence,is there anything legally we can do,I've worked here for 8 years full time and now I'm done to one day a week,ty for any advice
