Loss of employment due to bodily injury from car wreck

I was in a car accident 9/17/06 rear ended by another person in the state of Ga. I reside in Tn. I suffered neck injury and have been off work since the accident going to therapy.as of Tuesday Oct 10 i was dismissed from my job what legal rights do i have to compensation we also have the same ins co.

It does't matter if you have the same insurance company, you are still entitled to compensation. The amount will depend on the extent of your injuries, medical bills, lost wages and any other financial losses.

If the other party was cited/at fault you need a lawyer in Georgia to deal with the personal injury claim (the question you didn't ask). My office would be glad to give you a consultation. Please bring the police report to the consultation, along with any medical bills.

I don't know what rights if any you have employment wise in another state and a Tenn. employment lawyer could answer that.
