Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia

Hello:

As a previous employee (A/E firm) and now working for myself, what rights under the Architectural Works Copyright Protection Act of 1990 do I have? Can I use photographs of my projects if I give credit to my past employer? Thanks!!!

If you are asking can you personally use photos that you made while in the employment of someone else, those would belong to your past employer and you would need his permission to use them.
