A woman, Margareth Mayorca, owes me a minnimum of at least 25.000,00 US dollors and will not start to even pay me just a little per month. I originally paid the money to a house and thought it would be put in my name, once I�d paid it completely, but it was put into someelses name. I have proof that I paid at least 70% of the house. What can I do?

I don't see how this is International Law. You will need to sue to get your money back or ownership in the property.
