Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I agreed to go to work and help a friend with his store, I remodeled it, reaarranged the furniture, sold and delivered the funiture basically ran his business for 3 years. I agreed to help him for 6 months at 5% COMMISSION of my sales which he never paid me.He would give me $100.00 or $200.00 a week and say the money wasn't there. After 6 months he promised me he would put me on payroll. $8 per hour 2% commission. Here it is 2012 and the past 6months he has been spending alot more time at the store and riding me like a work horse and not paying me like promised. He has paid me what he's paid me under the table acouple hundred a week NO COMMISSION and yesterday he chose to change the store keys and told me to go on down the road. He didn't need me anymore. I have the monthly and yearly reports where I've sold right at $900,000.00 in sales and close to $100,000.00 in cash sales since April 2009. What can I do and what are my rights? Your only recourse is probably to file suit. You will need a lawyer, since it appears from your post that the amount is above the small claim limits. In addition, in the future do not post your name on forums like this (which is against the forum rules). Now, your personal affairs are on the internet for anyone to see if they search your name.
