Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I quit my job this past Monday. I worked from 9-2 that day. I was on salary. My boss is refusing to pay me for those hours from 9-2. Can she do this?

If you worked you get paid. Demand the money (pro-rated) in writing. I would demand it by the next payment period

. If you arent paid by then, send another letter giving 10 days notice or face a judge. If not paid by then, your only recourse is to file a lawsuit in magistrate court (small claims). Beat of luck.
