Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I recently was fired my job refused to pay unemployment benefits, I filed an appeal with the labor board. At the hearing the labor board ruled that I was terminated without cause, is this a basis for a wrongful termination lawsuit

No. They are two separate issues. Absent a contract, there is no right or entitlement to any job at all in GA and employees can be fired for any or no reason (with very few exceptions for discrimination). That means with or without cause, or because you wore the wrong color shirt one day. Beyond that, since you did not even tell us why you were fired or what you think was "wrongful" about it, you can't get a more specific response.
