In the state of south Caroline, can a company set an email account in your name without you knowing it and tell you after the fact?

You posted to Georgia lawyers so SC lawyers won't see it. However, companies set up email accounts for employees all the time. New employees have an email account when they walk in. If you have a real issue, you need to post what it is and ask the question.
