Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Hi. I work for a major airline and am currently unable to work because of an injury on duty. Our ailine's policy is to prohibit us from using our travel passes while out sick or on an IOD. My husband works for a different major airline and also has travel passes. It is my airline's position that we cannot use ANYONE'S travel passes if we are out because of an IOD or sick. Is this legal? Can they prevent me from using my husband's passes? I understand them being able to restrict me from using mine, but my hasband's as well? Any light you can shed on this will be greatly appreciated.

Based solely on your facts, no. However, I have a concern that there is more to the story. Is it truly a different airline owned by a different company?
