Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia
I recently broke up with my girlfriend and she refused to leave my apartment in which she is not on the lease. I lived in a basement below my landlord. I had to leave and she has no mail delivered there but her son school has that as a address. The landlord wants her gone but if he tries to evict her my name's the only one on the lease and it's month to month how do I get rid of her??? And do so without having a eviction on my record?
