Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I am a victim of Fannie Mae screwups, the person who had the house contracted me for a one year lease term agreement..but failed to pay the mortgage..Fannie mae sends out one real estate company to sell and a different one to rent it..Well they sold it..but the guy who bought the house supposed to give us a proper 30 days notice..he hands me a piece of paper without his address nor his phone number on it and says here is your 30 days notice term..Signed by an Attorney and not by a judge, and stamped also by a notary..never filed as a legal binding term...Do I have a right to contest this in court? because the dates do not match up..the real estate I was renting from says the 16th his paper says the 13th and he has it signed on the 14th...I know this is confusing as it is confusing to me as well..

You made it far more confusing that it likely had to be, and started in the middle of the story. You completely left out the parties and terms to the lease you mentioned. Was there a foreclosure? You left out that detail. You say a lot about a "piece of paper" (or "his paper" or "the real estate I was renting from," whatever that means) but say virtually nothing about it actually says. If you want to post again, provide the straightforward facts. If you mention a "piece of paper" tell us what it is and what it says, etc.
