Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia

a new adjuster was hired with a auto repair shop that we have always used, told a family member how much the repairs cost, shown photos of the damages, and stated that we have paid too much for the vehicle, when it was never wrecked until this first accident. I feel as though there were ethics and privacy infringement laws involved here. Shouldn't the body shop have legal ramifications?

Your question makes absolutely no sense. Perhaps if you reword it leaving out the legal terms and simply stating what happened we could then answer you.
