Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia

In Dec/2016 a medical facility for cancer treatment told me that all my out of pocket costs for a drug called Tecentric would be paid for by some sort of fountain. Last week they gave me a bill for $11,000.00 . What can I legally do to avoid having to pay this?
