Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia

Went to dentist to get a crown done, before getting back to get it put on, I had/have medical crisis(menieres)and other medical issues, I am not able to drive,balance off. I paid for the crown,called during this time to let them know what was going on, just found out the dentist is no longer there, and that I would have to pay for another crown in which I never received the one I paid for, they said I waited to long and never came to pick up.I told then I didnot think I should have to repay for the sand service. The office had a fire and I am sure the items were insured. What can I do to resolve this?

The question has nothing to do with legal ethics. You may want to post it in the consumer area so consumers will see it.

I ran into a similar case and fond that the State Dental Board in Georgia is badly mismanaged and refuses to help in these cases. You might simply sue the dentist in Magistrates/Small Claims court.
