Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia

I started a job three weeks ago. I emailed my boss 11-1-10 about concerns I have about the company. I have had problem after problem with equipment they furnished. Phone crashed my enternet, computer crashed, phone crashed and other problems concerning sales. My boss somehow changed my email and added some lines and deleted some lines and set to president of company. The only reason I found out was because tech support emailed back about computer problem were being fixed. That email contained the email my boss changed and a response from the company president. I confronted my boss and he told me he changed my email because he taught they might fire me. When I sent him the email I also copied to my personnel email account. What can I do?
