Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Car accident
My sister was in an accident with a
lady who was driving her boyfriends
car without being on his insurance
policy. She was not injured thank
god, but will suffer financial loss
because her car is wrecked and she is
unable to get work and will have to
rent a car for several weeks. So far
the insurance company has not
returned any of her calls in order to
expedite the claim process. I am
afraid that this insurance company is
going to give her a hard time. Should
she consult a lawyer?

policy is calling the insurer waiting for them to step in, they won't. She should talk with a lawyer as what she did is also a crime.
