Should they be held Responsible?

Should The College be Held Responsible if anything happen I'm Attending University Of West Georgia This Semester. However My Dorm is making me sick literally. I don't know what it is but I'm getting sick in the dorm. When I'm not in the Dorm im normal but when I'm in it I start to get sick. It might be mold under the carpet in dorm that's my guess I notified the Assistant Director of housing.She then ask me what is making me sick in the room I said I dont know. She told me that I couldn't change room's at the moment and that dont have anything opens. She told me it might take up to 2 weeks or more to address my issuse and that I should Talk to my RA about the Issuse and if I get sick I can go to health services.

Responsible for what? All we know is you say you are sick, but don't know what is causing it. No one here can diagnose it, but if it only affecting you it is an indication there is no widespread problem with the dorm.

Responsible for what? To have a legal case you'd have to know what caused a problem and what the problem is. The answer is that you go to the doctor and get a diagnosis. Guessing that there might be something wrong somewhere doesn't help.
