Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

What can be done, to a person who purposely crashed into someone elses car?

There was an argument prior to the incident. The person who drove into my car was then locked out of the house. She began ringing the doorbell and everyone inside refused to open the door. So as a result she decided that the best thing for her to do was to drive into my car to get attention.

Presumably you called the police right away, took out a criminal warrant and she was arrested. Then you called your insurer to report a claim. If you did those things you have done what you should have done. That should have all happened the day of the incident.

Since those are steps almost everyone has done, I am not understanding the question.

You should have immediately called the police. Ifyou were in the car, there may be assault or other charges filed. You can sue the person for damages to the car. With others in the house, certainly, you should have sufficient witnesses to produce the evidence you need.
