Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Personal injury resulting from product liability

I suffered a serious burn to my arm from a piece of equipment that I rented from the Home Depot. Can I file suit myself without using a lawyer? AND Where can I go to find sample forms for the filing of such a lawsuit?

For general consumer information regarding small claims, see http://AtlantaInjuryLawyer.com, go to "dispute resolution" menu item, then "small claims." Good luck.
