Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

a few weeks ago ,my car was involved in an accident. a 18 wheeler lost his

drive shaft and not only damaged me but a car in front of me.state patron

was called ,determended the truck was at fault.when we try to contact the trucking firm all we get is the runaround. they don't return our calls, one time they called back and said to fax two estimated which we did.no responds how can we get so results.

we live in ga. the truching com. is in west texas.

You may be able to sue them in GA, but that will depend on certain facts that are too complicated to explain in this type of forum. Consult with a local attorney.
