Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

My wife has a judgement from 2000 in the state of Maryland from a auto accident. The Attorney has had her GA drivers license suspended for non collection. What can I do to have her license reinstated? What can be done about the judgement?

Please let me know.

Thanks

If she nevers pays the judgment, she will never drive again.

If she is eligible, her one other way out may be a bankruptcy. A discharge would let her get her license back. My office specializes in such bankruptcies. Feel free to contact me to discuss whether that is a possibility.

What can you do? Obviously, pay the judgment.

Collection matters are often negotiated for resolution for an amount substantially less than the full judgment. Make a deal.
