Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I have a continuous problem with neighborhood children from down the street coming to visit a kid in the cudasac and always coming onto my property. They come and ring my door bell then run away. They ride a scooter down my drive way and when I hear the noise I go and tell them to get off of my property. They then stand on the corner stare at me. Today as I am working in my office I hear this loud noise on the side of my house. I go to the door and again the same kid playing in my driveway. I told him to get off my property and of course he runs to a house where he is visiting. I started to go and confront the kid but I know he did not live there. I started to take a picture of him with my cell phone as proof and then get in my car and follow him home to talk with his parents, but did not do it because I was very angry. The last time I confronted a parent they told me don't come back to their house with this sort of stuff and that I was in the wrong neighborhood because children are out here. One parent told me he would take care of it and to this day his kid has not been on my property. I am trying hard not to get the police involved in a matter of this nature, however I moved in this neighborhood and pay this HOA fee to minimize this sort of thing . I have had banana peels left on my porch and splattered on my glass door. Both my children are grown and even if they weren't I would talk to them about their behavior. My neighbor to the right of me is retired with no little children as the one to the left is also retired with no little children. Please give me a suggestion before involving police.

You have a criminal matter. That is whaty the police are for. Call them.

You could hire an attorney and get a restraining order, but the cheaper route is to call the cops. That's what they are there for, to head off problems.
