Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Easement Question

I bought a piece of property that has an exclusive easement for access to a 2 acre parcel that my neighbor owns. The parcel ajoins an additional 4 acres that his house is on. He uses this access for travel to and from his barn, where his business is located. In addition, his employees use the easement to come and go. There is also a driveway from his property. I have several questions; who is reponsible for maintaining the easement, can I restrict the easement to just my neighbor, and not his employees, and under what circumstances could the easement rights end?

Re: Easement Question

You have the rights stated in the easement. Does it say you can restrict the landOWNER's access because you hold a lesser interest in the land? Owners tend to not grant easements that would give easement-holders that right.
