how can i add someone to the title of my home along with my name.

You would need to deed the property from you to both you and the other person. If the property is subject to a mortgage, I would be careful about transferring ownership.

You can simply quitclaim the interest in the property from yourself to yourself and another person. You should discuss the implications of such a change with a Georgia licensed attorney. Ownership in different forms, using different language in the reference to owners in the deed can accomplish very different purposes.
