house in both spouse name

can the husband sell the house without the wife signing, if she and him purchase the house together. He told me he didn't need me to sell the house and he sold the and the stove, refrigrator and microwave was finance by the wife and she's still paying for it does the new owner intitle to it?

Only the person or people on a deed (holding title) can generally legally sell real property.
