Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I live in Georgia. My husband purchased a house 2 years before we got married. We lived in the house together for 8 years with a portion of my salary contributing to the bills and upkeep of the home. He recently formed an LLC to solely rent the property. Since the home technically speaking is the business, does it convert from non-marital to marital property?

No. However, your contributions to the property can be considered in a divorce, were you to seek one, as to equitable division of assets. If you seek a divorce, discuss that with your lawyer.
