Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

we live in a m.h. park in georgia. we pay our water and we all have meters. the bill is due on the tenth of the month, and the day after the bill is due, if it isn't paid, they turn the water off. is that legal? can they do that?

No, the landlord is required to provide certain vital utilities, such as water, regardless of whether the bill is paid by the tenant.
