Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Mortgage Fraud

I am a British citizen who just bought a house in GA.

The mortgage broker hired an appraiser to do the appraissal and inspection.

I've since found out the furnace was bad and exhuming carbon monoxide, there are other issues that were not identified by the appraisser nor the seller, and his agent, as well as my agent and the broker seems not to have followed proceedure and has lead to costs to be incurred by me.

What recourse do i have, bearing in mind i have little or no money to pay lawyers?

Re: Mortgage Fraud

Well, perhaps you can call the British Consulate about the matter. We can assist you in this matter, but, unfortunately, there will be a charge of either 138 Pounds per hour, 225 Euros per hour or 200 dollars US per hour.
